Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Where do you ship?
We ship across India, with international shipping to select countries. Shipping options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll find a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you created an account, you can also track from your order history.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, write to us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once a parcel is on its way, it follows our returns process instead.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unworn pieces in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, earrings and made-to-order pieces are not eligible unless they arrive faulty.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Write to us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. We'll confirm the return address and, for exchanges, hold your new piece where we can.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to reflect it.

Is your jewellery real silver?
Yes. Every Reyaa piece is made from 925 sterling silver, handcrafted in India. Any oxidised finishes or stones are noted in the product details.
Will it tarnish?
Silver can soften in tone over time — it's natural, and easily brought back. Our silver care guide covers everyday wear, cleaning, and storage.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
925 sterling silver is generally well tolerated and nickel-free. If your skin is very sensitive, we still suggest keeping pieces dry and clean, and removing them before swimming or bathing.
Sizing & fit
How do I find my ring size?
Measure a ring that already fits, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and note the length. If you're between sizes, write to us — we're happy to help you choose.
Can a piece be resized?
Many of our rings can be resized within a range, and some chains can be shortened. Reach out with the piece and the size you need, and we'll let you know what's possible.
Where can I find measurements?
Chain lengths, drop, and dimensions are listed on each product page. If something you need isn't there, ask us and we'll measure it for you.
