Every Reyaa piece is inspected before it leaves us. We make with care, and stand behind what we send.
Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. A tracking link is sent to your email once your order is on its way.
A shipping and handling fee of ₹150 applies to all orders. Silver jewellery needs to travel well. We pack each piece with care and use reliable courier partners to make sure it reaches you the way it left us.
Exchange
We accept exchange requests in two cases: if your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, or if you receive a product different from what you ordered. In either case, we will replace the piece at no cost to you.
We recommend recording a short unboxing video when your order arrives — this protects you in the rare event that a piece is damaged in transit. To raise a claim, email studio@reyaa.in within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photographs and/or your unboxing video. Claims raised after 72 hours or without supporting images cannot be processed.
Once we review and confirm the issue, we will dispatch a replacement within 5–7 business days.
On Silver & Oxidisation
Pure silver is not a perfect material. It oxidises. It picks up the marks of the hands that wear it, the climate it lives in, the life it moves through. Over time, a piece develops a patina that is entirely its own — a record of the person who wears it.
This is not a flaw. This is the whole point.
At Reyaa, we work with silver precisely because it is alive in this way. Oxidisation, subtle surface variations, and the quiet darkening that comes with wear are characteristics of the material, not defects. No two pieces age identically, and we think that is worth something.
If your piece has oxidised and you would like to restore its original finish, gently rub it with a soft dry cloth.
Oxidisation and natural tarnish are not covered under our exchange policy. They are covered under our love for the material.
Care Instructions
Your Reyaa piece comes in a leatherite pouch. For storage, place the piece in a small ziplock bag first — sealed — and then inside the pouch. This keeps moisture out, which is the single biggest factor in slowing oxidisation.
Remove your jewellery before swimming, bathing, or applying perfume, lotion, or hairspray. Contact with chemicals accelerates tarnishing.
To clean, use a soft dry cloth after each wear.
