A drop earring with a teardrop stone and silver bell, 3.5 cm in length, 1.5 cm wide.
More pointed than a bell. More deliberate than a sound. She wore this not for any occasion but just to chime.
Hand-made in Jaipur, oxidised over fire so the bells hold shadow and the rims catch light.
